The cattle is predominately from the Angus breed of cattle raised on the lush pastures of Smithton not far from the atmospheric testing station of Cape Grim , Internationally recognized as having some of the cleanest air conditions of anywhere in the world.

• •  The cattle are free from Anti biotic & Growth Hormones.

• •  Unique texture and flavor due to the age the animals are slaughtered between 34 to 36 months of age.

• •  Marble score of 3+ normally attributed to high quality grain fed beef is achieved by lush pasture conditions, low stress levels and abundance of natural feed.
